Women's Health Physiotherapy involves the assessment and treatment of gynaecological and pelvic issues. Using a variety of techniques including real time ultrasound to determine muscle function, our women's health physiotherapists can help with the following and more!

A little more about about our Post Natal Pilates Classes

As we know, pregnancy puts a lot of stress on your body, and as a new mum you may not know where to start when it comes to returning to exercise after delivery.

Post natal pilates is an excellent, safe way to ease back into exercise and gently strengthen your core muscles and pelvic floor. You can bring your new baby along to these sessions as we do incorporate them into our exercises.

There are many benefits from attending post natal pilates including improved pelvic floor function, improved flexibility, restoration of rectus diastases (abdominal separation), improved joint stability, reduction in back and pelvis pain, improved coordination, muscle strengthening/ toning and generally helps to improve your mood/ provide stress relief. These classes are a great opportunity to meet new mums and develop connections.
