Balance Classes (Falls Prevention) are designed to build strength and balance with the focus on building the muscles in your legs, improving balance through more dynamic exerciese and learning techniques to prevent trips and falls in the future.

 

Balance exercises can help you maintain your balance - and confidence - at any age. If you're an older adult, balance exercises are especially important because they can help you prevent falls and maintain your independence. Increased stability can assist with even day to day activities.

 

Balance class is held each Wednesday at the Senior Citizens Building in Warwick.
